Throughout my journey, I’ve had the honor of serving on various boards, spanning from Mental Health Counseling to Rural Economic Development to Public School Boards.
In these roles, I’ve had the unique perspective of being both a Member of the Board and Board President, providing me with a holistic understanding of governance and leadership.
My involvement with these diverse boards has exposed me to a wide range of challenges and opportunities. I’ve navigated organizations from small, local nonprofits to those overseeing budgets exceeding $55 million, enabling me to harness my skills in effective governance, strategic planning, and resource management.
I’m truly passionate about making a positive impact, and my extensive experience has taught me the invaluable lessons of collaboration, empathy, and adaptability in the nonprofit and education sectors.
